After leaving Gibraltar on our cruise to Italy and the Western Mediterranean I noticed a group of ships on the portside.
This group was much closer to the coast of Spain than we were on Spirit of Discovery on the 14th May 2024. I added my extender to my zoom lens and watched as the group raced Westward out of the Mediterranean. Later on our cruise I went on a bridge tour of our ship and asked one of the ship’s officers about the group. He confirmed that they were indeed from the Russian Navy.
