I have been using my Peak Design Everyday Messenger Bag since I bought three of them in 2016 via a Kickstarter campaign. My Everyday Sling has been replaced with no issues after the zip failed. . Peak Design honouring their lifetime warranty.
Now I have a problem occurring with the Everyday Messenger Bag.
This is the catch on one side of the strap and unfortunately this pops out of the loop causing the bag to fall on the floor. Not really a problem that was worth contacting Peak Design under their lifetime warranty.
After this had happened a number of times I added a strong rubber band.
Simply the rubber band holds the clip in place.
