The PBL Charger offers wireless charging without the hassle. For smartphones that cannot be charged wirelessly then a USB cable can be used. This is 19th Kickstarter project that I have backed.
The PBL comes with a dock for recharging which itself uses a USB input for connecting to a power supply so is portable and most important of all is independent of country specific plugs and power supplies.
The funding round closed after having raised $49,635 on May 30th 2019. Deliveries are promised in August 2019 with mass production starting in July.
Once the stretch goal was reached each PBL will come with a stand so charging can take place at the same time as watching a movie (say).

My current battery pack overheats alarmingly when charging my iPhone and is really only suitable for smaller (older) iPhones. I add the optional hard shell travel case case to my order.
