On Friday 1st August 2025 I went with colleagues from my camera club to Camera World Live at Brands Hatch.
The event promised a day of photography to practise panning of the circulating race cars (or taking their images) plus a floor of camera stalls to browse. This visit, unlike my earlier one, I kept my wallet firmly closed!
After a coffee and a spin around the exhibition floor I went outside and along to Clark Curve.
Then back at the visitor centre I went up onto the roof for the rest of the day.
We had not signed up for any of the demonstration walks (bad planning) but after lunch the Rotolight demonstation was set up at the opposite end of the roof terrace.
My shots were across to Clearways around where abouts the GP circuit joins the Indy circuit. Or, down at Clark Curve just before the Brabham Straight.
Then we had saloons and sports cars …
